it’s been about two solid weeks of working out and…
i’m feeling pretty great. i’ve been trying to eat healthier too. i feel like my stomach is already starting to lose some inches and look more toned. i love it. only two more weeks until i will hopefully have more noticeable changes :)
anddddd i’m thinking tomorrow i might start a 7-day cleansing diet. you can lose up to 10 pounds, sooo that could be really helpful. i just don’t know how i’ll be able to handle not eating a whole lot while working out.
so i need to get into a routine with this working stuff. because if i don’t get into a routine and have no free time then i’m not gonna do anything fun this summer. and that’s unacceptable.
decent day ruined, in a matter of 30 minutes. awesome.
